02 Eligibility

To register and use kirkira, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

03 Your Account

Each player may hold only one kirkira account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If kirkira identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

04 Deposits

Kirkira accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your kirkira account balance in BDT. Kirkira does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

  • Minimum deposit: BDT 200 per transaction.
  • Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method.
  • Deposits are typically credited to your kirkira account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment network.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact kirkira support with your transaction reference number.
  • Kirkira only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Kirkira reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the source and the transaction will be cancelled.

BDT Only: All kirkira transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees because kirkira operates exclusively in BDT for Bangladesh players.

05 Withdrawals

Kirkira processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

  • Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 per transaction.
  • bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours.
  • Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one business day.
  • Kirkira may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.
  • Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
  • Kirkira does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside kirkira's control.

If your withdrawal request is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact kirkira support with your withdrawal reference number. Kirkira will investigate and provide an update within 24 hours.

Verification Required: Kirkira may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above BDT 10,000. Please ensure your account details are accurate to avoid delays.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Kirkira offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All kirkira bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

  • The kirkira welcome bonus is a 200% match on your first deposit, up to BDT 10,000. This bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
  • Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first when placing bets unless you choose otherwise in your account settings.

07 Gameplay and Fair Play

Kirkira is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games available on the kirkira platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness. Published RTPs are accurate and verified.

  • Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

08 Account Security

11 Limitation of Liability
